On this website we process only the data you provide to us. When you complete the quotation form we collect: company name, full name, role, e-mail address, phone, country, plus any notes and technical preferences you enter. Alongside this we record the IP address, date and browser information of the request. If you e-mail us directly, the content of your message is also processed.
No data is collected for advertising, profiling or visitor tracking. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
We process your data to assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation and maintain commercial communication. The legal basis is the necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract under KVKK Art. 5/2-c and pre-contractual steps under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). By ticking the consent box you additionally provide explicit consent.
Quotation requests are retained for the statutory limitation periods following the end of the commercial relationship. Enquiries that do not result in a relationship are deleted after a maximum of three years.
Your data is not sold and is not shared for marketing purposes. It may be shared only where necessary to handle your enquiry: with our group companies, our e-mail and hosting service providers, and with competent public authorities where a legal obligation arises.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a smooth-scrolling library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Your IP address is transmitted to those providers when those requests are made. See our cookie notice for details.
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15 to 22 you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad; request rectification if it is incomplete or incorrect; request erasure or destruction; request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; request restriction of processing and data portability; object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage suffered.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or with the supervisory authority of your EU member state.
The site is served over HTTPS. Quotation requests are stored in a directory that is closed to public access on our server and are forwarded only to our sales team.
