Every freight wagon in the EU must have an Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM), and since June 2020 that entity must be certified under Regulation (EU) 2019/779. Erciyas Rail holds ECM certification and can take on maintenance responsibility for the wagons in your fleet.
